How to Order on Instanizer: Your First Order GuideLink to section How to Order on Instanizer: Your First Order Guide
Ordering on Instanizer takes five steps: sign up and verify your email, top up your balance, choose a service, enter the link and quantity, then track the status in Order History. Your balance is deducted when you press confirm, so check the link and quantity carefully before submitting.
This guide is for new users. If you are not yet sure what an SMM panel is, first read what an SMM panel is.
Step 1: Create an account and verify your emailLink to section Step 1: Create an account and verify your email
Open the sign-up page. You have two options:
- Email and password. Enter a username (3-30 characters: letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens), your email, a password (8-100 characters), repeat the password, then tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Sign-up this way accepts only common email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCloud.
- Continue with Google. Handy if you use a work or school email. Accounts created through Google are recorded as verified immediately.
After signing up with email, you are redirected to the login page and a verification email is sent. Check your spam folder too. The link in that email is valid for 24 hours. An account whose email is not yet verified cannot place orders or add balance. If the email does not arrive or the link has expired, open the verification page and choose "Resend verification email". Resending has a cooldown, so you may be asked to wait a moment.
Step 2: Top up your balanceLink to section Step 2: Top up your balance
All orders are paid from your balance. Open the Top Up Balance menu, then:
- Choose an amount from the quick options or type your own. The minimum is Rp 10,000 and the maximum is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
- Choose a payment method. Payments are processed through Tripay with channels such as bank Virtual Account, e-wallets, QRIS, and retail stores. The list of active channels and their admin fees is shown on this page.
- Review the summary, then continue and complete the payment following the instructions that appear.
There is currently no automatic bonus for top ups. Your top-up history is in the History tab on the same page, and all balance movements are in the Balance Mutations menu.
For your first order, start with a small quantity; the cost depends on the price of the service you choose.
Step 3: Choose a serviceLink to section Step 3: Choose a service
Open the Order Services menu. The service list can be filtered with:
- Search box (name, category, or service ID). There is also an AI Search mode: press Enter to search by meaning, for example by describing the service you are looking for.
- Platform chips to narrow down to one platform.
- Other filters: category, "Refill only", and "Cancellable only".
Click a service to see its details. First check whether the service has refill. The difference is explained in refill vs non-refill and what drop and refill mean. You can also view the service list without logging in on the services page, or compare prices at cheapest SMM panel.
Step 4: Fill in the order formLink to section Step 4: Fill in the order form
The form has three stages: Fill in, Review, and Done. At the Fill in stage:
- Target link. Paste the profile or post link, for example
https://instagram.com/username. For subscription-type services, this field is replaced by a Username field. Some other service types ask for additional input such as comments, keywords, or a list of usernames, and the cost is calculated per line. - Quantity. The service's minimum and maximum limits appear below the field ("Min ... Max ..."). The Min and Max buttons fill it in automatically.
- Drip-feed (optional). Appears only on services that support it. Fill in Number of runs and Interval (minutes) to deliver in stages; the cost is the quantity multiplied by the runs. Leave both empty for a single delivery. Both must be filled in together or left empty together.
The Estimated cost box shows the price per 1,000 (written "/1K"), the total, your balance, and the remaining balance after the order. The final total is calculated by the server; the rounding difference is at most Rp1. If your balance is short, an "Insufficient balance" warning appears with a Top Up button; what you entered stays saved as long as the tab remains open.
Press Continue to review, check the summary, then press Confirm & pay. Your balance is deducted when the order is submitted.
